Job summary

Zydus Lifesciences Moraiya Plant is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to operate and maintain AHU, dehumidifier, chiller, air compressor, hot air unit and hot water system. The role includes BMS operation and ensuring routine documentation of service cards, preventive maintenance checklists and breakdown histories.

Candidates should have ITI/Diploma for Technician or BE for Staff with 4–10 years of hands-on HVAC experience, and will work at Moraiya, Sarkhej-Bavla NH No.8A Moraiya, Sanand.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems operation/maintenance.
• Knowledge of BMS operation and HVAC validation.
• Ability to maintain service cards, preventive maintenance checklists and breakdown history records.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain AHU, dehumidifier, chiller, air compressor, hot air unit, hot water system, dust collector and vacuum system.
• Operate the BMS system and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
• Maintain records like service cards, preventive maintenance checklists and breakdown history cards.
