Job summary

Zenzi Pharmaceutical Industries in Maharashtra seeks a dedicated HVAC maintenance engineer to ensure all HVAC systems and BMS/EMS are operating optimally, maintaining environmental conditions per regulatory requirements across GOSD & HINJ. You will implement improvements, train staff, and ensure safety and compliance in daily operations.

The role involves emergency response, coordination with production, spare parts management, and reporting on system performance to support uninterrupted

Responsibilities

• Ensure HVAC equipments in GOSD & HINJ are running in good working condition.
• Ensure the BMS of the GOSD and BMS/EMS of the HINJ are running in good working condition.
• Maintain Environmental Condition per regulatory requirements in GOSD & HINJ.
• Plan and implement countermeasures to prevent equipment breakdowns and improve performance.
• Attend to emergencies and carry out HVAC maintenance in the plant.
• Coordinate with production on HVAC requirements in both plants.
• Maintain spare part inventory for HVAC & BMS components.
• Record logbooks for HVAC and follow QMS related to HVAC.
• Oversee Qualification, Calibration and Maintenance of Premises and equipment/instruments/utilities.
• Maintain records of split unit and cassette AC servicing schedules.
• Generate reports on BMS operation in GOSD and BMS/EMS in HINJ.
• Impart training on HVAC SOP to subordinates.
• Ensure workplace safety and use of safety equipment by engineering staff.

Job description

• Ensure that all HVAC equipments in GOSD & HINJ are running in good working condition.
• Ensure the BMS of the GOSD and BMS / EMS of the HINJ are running in good working condition.
• Responsible for the maintaining the Environmental Condition as per regulatory requirement in GOSD & HINJ.
• Analyze all existing and potential problems, plan and develop some countermeasure to prevent equipment breakdown to eliminate recurring problems and introduce improvements.
• Attend to emergency and carry out HVAC equipment maintenance activities in plant.
• Coordinate with production team for any concerns regarding HVAC requirements in both plants.
• Maintain all spare part requirement related to HVAC & BMS.
• Readiness of the both plant with defined environmental condition to achieve to the production scheduled.
• Responsible for checking logbooks of HVAC and following QMS related with HVAC
• To ensure the Qualification, Calibration and Maintenance of Premises and equipment’s/ Instruments / Utilities, and participate in Qualification & Validations.
• Keeping the record of the Split unit and cassette AC unit for its repair and maintenance and prepare the schedule for its servicing.
• Report generation for the BMS operation in GOSD and BMS /EMS report in HINJ
• In-house modification of system, equipment for energy efficiency and improvement of performance.
• Responsible to impart training on HVAC SOP to subordinates.
• Responsible for safety at work place & use of safety Equipment’s by the Engineering staff.
