Job summary

Khatib & Alami in Bengaluru is seeking an HVAC Design Engineer with 2–8 years of HVAC design experience and hands-on Revit expertise. The role focuses on detailed HVAC design, load calculations, system selection, and BIM coordination across projects, including district cooling and VRF systems.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with preference for those having GCC project exposure. Bengaluru-based on-site work location.

Work Location: Bengaluru / Bangalore

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 - 8 years of experience in HVAC Design.
• Hands-on expertise with REVIT Software is Mandatory.
• Middle East / GCC projects experience is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of engineering standards, codes of practice, and UAE authorities regulations.
• Proven experience in HVAC load calculations, system selection, and design development.
• Hands-on expertise with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP, and BIM 360 platform.
• Sound knowledge of various HVAC systems, including district cooling, VRV/VRF systems, heat recovery ventilation, commercial kitchen ventilation, and basement ventilation systems.
