HireOn Tech Inc. is seeking an HR & Recruitment Specialist to independently handle recruitment activities and work in the US night shift.

The role focuses on end-to-end US IT staffing, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment pipelines, while also supporting general HR activities and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in US IT staffing or US recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing recruitment process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Must be comfortable working in the US night shift.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
