Your missions at 9 Figures

• Maintaining a happy and productive work culture, learning, and managing HR responsibilities includes KPIs such as, "increased hire me requests", fulfilling hiring targets, evaluating candidates, cultural growth, etc.
• To Report to the founder and managers via google sheets and emails to provide them with regular reports on People's Operational Goals
• Initiating events, and growth ideas for a better culture
• Making systems, processes, and SOPs for efficient Employee Management.

Requirements

Technical Competence

• Google Sheets, google calender and other relevant collaborative softwares
• A mindset that understands how an E-commerce and Digital marketing business functions and can identify loopholes and come up with ideas for the growth of the organization
• Analytical and Task Planning Skills towards achievement of hiring goals

Must-have Soft Skills that you will be practically learning on acquiring
