This is an in-office role, in Vasai West 401202

Base LPA : 1.8 to 2.5 Lakhs PA

Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service etiquette which includes handling complaints, inquiries or other online product related issues.
• Should be productive, efficient and good at resolving matters at hand.
• Should be good at researching product details to answer questions about product shipping, any returns or exchanges.
• Proactively provide information regarding pricing, availability, delivery options and order status including handling billing issues, return policies.
• Providing customer support via email, phone, or social media channels.
• Creating, maintaining and updating customer accounts as required.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to understand customers needs and adhere accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date on company policies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English and Hindi).
• Strong time management skills and ability to actively listen.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with ease in a calm and professional manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Proven Experience in ecommerce customer support.

Work Timings and Leave Policy

• Monday to Saturday, daily 9 hours of working (10am - 7pm)
• Office Location: Vasai West, 401202
• Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 4-day block leave for self-care.
