Base LPA : 4.20 to 7.20 Lakhs PA

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of internal and client-based marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

Review, analyze and strategize creative ideas with the team to reach company goals.

Communicate with team members efficiently.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to look at a broader perspective.

Deep understanding of digital marketing to be up to date with latest trends.

Monitors and reports goals and insights through emails, phone calls and face to face meetings.

Educates the staff members on strategies to produce engaging and interesting content.

Required skills and Qualification:

Strong communication skills ( verbal and written)

Leadership skills to be able to delegate tasks to team members

Marketing experience, including email campaigns and advertising (such as Google AdWords)

Should be a natural motivator and leader

Must be able to delegate tasks with precision and good judgement.

Experience: 2-3 years in an advertising agency ( preferred )

Monday to Saturday ( 10 AM - 6 PM )
