Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Gurgaon/NCR Area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. Daily tasks include creating HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, handling employee grievances, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. The HR Manager will also work with department heads to develop training and development programs to support employee growth.
