Role

Edunet Foundation is looking for a dynamic CSR Fundraising & Social Media Manager to drive corporate partnerships, strengthen our digital presence, and showcase the impact of our skilling and education programs.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with CSR partners, corporates, foundations, and institutional donors.

Develop proposals, presentations, concept notes, and partnership pitches.

Create and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.

Drive content creation including impact stories, success stories, videos, campaigns, and branding initiatives.

Support media outreach, partner communications, PR activities, and visibility initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to amplify program impact and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, corporate relations, social media, communications, or branding
• Experience with NGOs, CSR teams, foundations, or social impact organisations is preferred
• Strong proposal writing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills
• Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, social media tools, and digital analytics platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Management, Social Work, or a related field
