Numoo Hiring Solutions in Mumbai invites an experienced HR Manager to lead the organization’s HR function. You will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, people-management skills, and the ability to partner with management to drive growth and a positive workplace culture. 6 days a week with 1 weekly off, and festival work may be required as per business needs; shift timings

Formación

• MBA / Master’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• Experience leading HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and policy implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and people-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across functions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HRIS/HR systems.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processes, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and regulations.
• Drive performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, welfare, and workplace initiatives.
• Support manpower planning, budgeting, and succession planning.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and audit readiness.

Position Summary
