Job Summary

The HR Manager will act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, managing the full spectrum of HR functions - from talent acquisition to employee offboarding. The role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance, and a positive employee experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition and workforce planning to meet business needs.
• Oversee HR Operations, employee data, and statutory Compliance.
• Coordinate Payroll and benefits administration with accuracy.
• Drive Learning & Development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage the Performance Management and Appraisal process.
• Foster a culture of engagement through Employee Engagement programs.
• Handle Employee Relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly.
• Ensure smooth Offboarding and exit processes with actionable insights.
