We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and result-oriented Human Resources professional to lead and strengthen our HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance and organizational development initiatives across the organization. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, sales teams and operations functions to build a high-performance culture, strengthen HR systems and support the company's growth journey.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning across functions.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including appointments, confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits and documentation.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, incentives, reimbursements and HR records.
  • Design, implement and monitor performance management systems, KRAs, KPIs and appraisal processes.
  • Support sales force hiring, deployment, productivity tracking and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyze HR MIS, manpower dashboards, attrition reports and performance analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and HR governance practices.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, culture-building activities and workplace discipline.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management and conflict resolution in a structured and professional manner.
