This is a full‑time, on‑site Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and execute the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including workforce planning with leadership, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions across functions. The role involves building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, managing candidate experience, and ensuring an efficient and inclusive hiring process.
