Job description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles. Source candidates through job portals, references, and consultants. Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with HODs. Handle offer rollout, follow-ups, and joining coordination.
Time Office & Attendance Management: Manage employee attendance, shift rosters, and duty schedules. Monitor lateness, absenteeism, and regularization requests. Process leave applications, comp-offs, and permissions. Ensure accurate attendance data in HRMS (GreytHR/Astra/Smax).
Payroll Support: Prepare and validate monthly attendance inputs for payroll. Handle salary inputs like LOP, OT, deductions, and corrections. Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and discrepancies.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding and documentation of new joiners. Maintain employee records and personal files. Assist in exit formalities and the clearance process.
Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory compliance, and labor laws. Maintain proper documentation for audits (NABH / internal audits). Generate HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, and attrition.
Coordination & Communication: Liaise with HODs, nursing, admin, and other departments. Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and HR policies.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR or any graduate with relevant experience. 2–5 years of experience in HR operations (hospital experience preferred).
