Job summary

TP in Hyderabad, India is seeking an HR professional to partner with Operations Leaders and drive HR strategies aligned with business goals. The role focuses on employee relations, engagement, attrition analysis, and culture-building initiatives to support growth.

You will lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning, coaching managers on people development, and monitoring HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations Leaders to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary cases.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
• Analyze attrition trends and implement retention action plans.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Coach and support managers on people management and employee development.
• Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and engagement scores.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and critical hiring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.
• Drive change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Operations, Quality, Training, and Support functions.
• Support business growth through effective people strategies and HR interventions.
