Job summary

Genus Power Infrastructures in Jaipur is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. The role partners with business leaders to address people-related matters, drives Employee Engagement initiatives, and plans Reward & Recognition programs to motivate the workforce.

Additionally, you will oversee HR Operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain accurate HR records, and support policy implementation

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
• Plan and execute Reward & Recognition programs to motivate employees and enhance performance.
• Oversee HR Operations, including lifecycle management, attendance, leave administration, HRIS, and policy implementation.
• Partner with business leaders to address people-related matters and support organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws while maintaining accurate HR records.
