Job summary

Sterling and Wilson is seeking an HR professional to partner with business leaders and project managers to understand workforce requirements and align HR initiatives with project timelines.

You will forecast manpower needs, coordinate recruitment for engineering and site roles, and act as the primary HR contact. The role covers fostering a positive work environment, fair HR policy application, and supporting workforce transitions across corporate offices and project sites.

• Understand hiring requirements with hiring managers
• Create recruitment plans based on workforce needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
