Job description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of human resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

• Recruiting top talent to meet organizational needs (staff and contractual radiologists)
• Managing employee onboarding and orientation
• Develop and execute HR strategies with the ED
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR system

Required qualifications include a PGDM/MBA in HR with 2 years’ experience (preferably in healthcare or tele-radiology), excellent communication and knowledge of HR functions, self-motivation, and good knowledge of Excel and PPT. Hands-on experience in Recruitment, onboarding, and Employee Relations is also required.
