Interns will assist with recruitment, resume screening, onboarding, and HR reporting while using Excel/Google Sheets. The role offers exposure to live projects and collaboration with experienced team members in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of recruitment and the hiring process.
• Ability to screen resumes and identify relevant skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, filters, sorting).
• Basic understanding of HR functions such as onboarding and employee records.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other job portals and manage incoming applications
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial screening calls and share candidate feedback with the team
• Support the onboarding process, including documentation and joining formalities
• Maintain candidate and employee records in Excel and Google Sheets
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment and HR reports
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time
