Job summary

HumanHire Corp is offering a remote internship to support our global recruitment desk by sourcing candidates on LinkedIn for roles across India, UK, Ireland, and other markets. You will use Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter filters to build pipelines and screen candidates against client requirements.

Freshers are welcome. The internship lasts six months with a stipend of INR 7,000–10,000 per month, plus potential incentives and a future pathway to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Strong MS-Office and written English skills are required.
• Freshers may apply; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates on LinkedIn using Boolean search and filters.
• Shortlist profiles against job descriptions and client requirements.
• Send connection requests and personalised outreach messages.
• Conduct initial screening calls to check interest, availability, and expectations.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS/tracker accurately.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters.
• Share daily sourcing updates and pipeline numbers with the team.

Additional information:

• Stipend Structure: Fixed pay: ₹ 3,000 - 5,000 /month
• Incentive pay: ₹ 4,000 - 5,000 /month
• Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 300000/year
