This three-month internship offers a one-time stipend of ₹15,000 upon successful completion. The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or pursuing) and strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office skills.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow‑ups
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

2. Employee Engagement

• Support in organizing employee engagement activities
• Assist in internal communication initiatives
• Help in maintaining a positive workplace culture

3. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support in preparing HR reports and trackers

4. Administrative Support

• Maintain files, records, and HR databases
• Assist the HR team in daily operations

Requirements
