Job summary

Tacticity Advisors in Pune, Balewadi, is seeking a motivated HR intern to support HR operations, policy drafting and payroll tasks. You will gain hands-on experience while assisting with hiring, posting jobs and screening CVs.

The role offers 6 months of hands-on exposure with a monthly stipend of Rs 15,000 and a path to a full-time role based on performance. Freshers welcome.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome; a background in HR or an MBA/BBA is a plus.
• Well spoken in English and confident talking to people.
• Organised, disciplined and good at following up.
• Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets and email.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update company policies and ensure rules are followed.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave and timings, and handle monthly salary tasks.
• Assist with hiring: posting jobs, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews and emailing candidates.

Help run the HR work of a growing company. You will draft and update company policies, make sure rules and regulations are followed, keep a check on employee attendance, leave and timings, and take care of the monthly salary working. You will also help with hiring part of the time: posting jobs, going through CVs, scheduling interviews and emailing candidates.
