Role Description

The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and assist in building people processes for a growing SaaS startup. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurgaon and involves coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help draft and update HR policies, assist with onboarding documentation, and support employee records management. Additional responsibilities may include helping organize employee engagement initiatives, compiling HR reports, and collaborating with team leads to address routine HR queries. The role offers exposure to fast-paced startup culture and the opportunity to learn core HR practices in a tech-driven environment.

Qualifications
