Job summary

BDO India in Hyderabad seeks an experienced HR Technology Transformation consultant to lead end-to-end HCM digitization initiatives, translating HR requirements into scalable tech solutions and collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders in a consulting environment.

The role requires hands-on delivery across HCM platforms (Darwinbox, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and strong API-driven integrations, UAT and implementation, focusing on automation and GenAI-enabled HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR technology and HCM transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Darwinbox and comparable HCM platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.
• Strong experience in HR process digitization and workflow automation.
• Experience with HCM/HRIS integrations, APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Ability to translate HR business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience working directly with both HR and IT/Technology stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled HR solutions, HR chatbots or intelligent automation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
• Pharma/Life Sciences experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate hands-on project delivery, not just HRIS support/operations experience.
• Candidates should have strong experience in end-to-end HCM transformation, including process redesign, digitalization, automation and technology implementation.
• Experience in integrating HCM platforms with enterprise applications through APIs and other integration mechanisms is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a consulting environment and managing multiple HR and Technology stakeholders.
