Job summary

THEUNITYWAVE in Noida invites a full-time in-office internship to handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, understand client requirements, create job descriptions, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.

You will maintain candidate trackers, assist in offers and onboarding, and prepare recruitment performance reports; stipend ranges INR 5,000–10,000 per month for a 3-month stint, with certificate and recommendation letter on completion.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using platforms like Internshala, Shine, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Actively use LinkedIn sourcing and networking for candidate outreach.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment performance reports.
