Job summary

Adexmediahub is seeking a proactive HR Executive in Pune to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. You will source candidates, screen them, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding and documentation.

• Create and post job vacancies on Internshala, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
• Manage HR documentation and employee files.
• Assist with attendance and leave management.
• Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with management when required.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR communications.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
