Job summary

LeadsZone is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our growing team in Pune. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in human resources and recruitment, with a 3-month duration and ₹5,000/month stipend.

You will assist with sourcing candidates, post roles on platforms, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, maintain records, and support onboarding and HR operations while developing professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Educational background in HR, Personnel Management, Management, BBA, or Commerce
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
• Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
