Job summary

Primetrace is seeking an HR Generalist in Bengaluru to own the employee journey end-to-end, supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee experiences across the organization.

The role involves rolling out HR initiatives, managing HRMS data, handling onboarding to exit processes, and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely completion of HR activities and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, People Operations, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee journey end-to-end including onboarding, confirmations, changes and offboarding.
• Support rollout and execution of new HR initiatives and people programs.
• Manage HRMS for employee data, documentation, records and reports.
• Act as point of contact for HR queries, concerns and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete processes smoothly and on time.
• Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Review HR processes, identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with employees and drive follow-ups.

We're looking for an HR Generalist who can own the employee journey end-to-end. You will support day-to-day HR operations and employee experience across the organization.

This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with people, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure things actually get closed.

• Support the rollout and execution of new HR initiatives and people programs.
• Manage HRMS for employee data, documentation, records, and relevant reports.
• Handle the employee lifecycle - onboarding, confirmations, employee changes, and offboarding including exit formalities and exit interviews
• Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries, concerns, and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure employee-related processes are completed smoothly and on time.
• Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Regularly review HR processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to make them more efficient and employee-friendly.
• Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with employees to understand their experience, concerns, feedback, and support required, and drive relevant follow-ups where needed.
• Support other HR activities and projects based on requirements.
• 1+ year of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Background in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Good ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with HRMS tools, spreadsheets, and employee data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
