Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Onboarding & Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end onboarding process, salary processing coordination, and core HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth employee integration while supporting daily HR functions and maintaining compliance and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-joining formalities: offer letter issuance, background verification, and document collection.
• Manage Day 1 joining process: document verification, welcome kit distribution, account & ID setup.
• Conduct induction and orientation programs in coordination with department heads.
• Ensure complete HRMS setup and proper documentation of all employee data.
• Be the single point of contact for all onboarding-related queries and support.
• Assist in the management of employee lifecycle events such as confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
