Nibav Lifts is seeking an HR Executive specialized in onboarding and offboarding to manage end-to-end lifecycle processes across India. The role requires hands-on experience with high-volume onboarding, HRMS operations, employee engagement and process improvements. Location: Chennai (Palavakkam).

You will coordinate onboarding (onsite and virtual), background verification, documents, asset tracking and exit formalities, while working with stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, onboarding and offboarding.
• Currently handling at least 75 onboardings per month.
• Excellent English communication; Hindi understood.
• Hands-on with Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of HRMS and employee lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding (onsite and virtual) across PAN India.
• Execute onboarding processes through HRMS, ensuring process adherence and timely completion.
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions for employees at all levels.
• Coordinate Background Verification (BGV), ID cards, joining kits and documentation.
• Manage asset tracking and employee bank account opening processes.
• Maintain and update Google Sheets, MS Excel trackers and onboarding reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Handle employee offboarding, including e-Separation and exit formalities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient HR practices.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Onboarding and Offboarding to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing high-volume onboarding, HRMS operations, employee engagement and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding (onsite and virtual) across PAN India.
• Execute onboarding processes through HRMS, ensuring process adherence and timely completion.
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions for employees across all levels, from junior to senior management.
• Coordinate Background Verification (BGV), ID cards, joining kits and employee documentation.
• Manage asset tracking and employee bank account opening processes.
• Maintain and update Google Sheets, MS Excel trackers and onboarding reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Handle employee offboarding processes, including e-Separation and exit formalities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient HR practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, specifically Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Currently managing a minimum of 75 onboardings per month.
• Excellent English communication skills; should understand Hindi.
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Strong process orientation, problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset.
• Knowledge of HRMS platforms and employee lifecycle management.
