Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during onboarding.
• Resolve candidate queries and provide joining-related guidance.
• Coordinate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Business Units.

2. End-to-End Onboarding

• Manage pre-boarding, joining formalities, and Day-1 activities.
• Confirm joining dates and schedule orientation sessions.
• Share welcome emails, onboarding instructions, and reporting details.

3. Background Verification & Compliance

• Initiate and coordinate Background Verification (BGV) and drug tests.
• Review verification results and provide hiring clearance as per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment requirements.

4. Workday & HR Data Management

• Update candidate profiles and onboarding status in Workday.
• Move eligible candidates to Ready for Hire status.
• Maintain accurate employee records, onboarding trackers, and reports.

5. Communication & Reporting

• Share Day-1 instructions, reporting locations, orientation schedules, and applicable I-9 requirements.
• Provide regular onboarding updates to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Track pending activities and ensure timely completion.
