Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our bio-mining and waste management projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, managing joining formalities, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements across various project sites.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle the complete recruitment process for head office and project-site requirements.
• Recruit candidates for positions such as Project Engineers, EM Incharges, Plant Managers, EHS Officers, Store Incharges, Disposal Incharges, and other site-level roles.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close vacancies within the required timelines.

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Use Boolean search techniques to identify suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates with relevant industry experience.

Screening & Interview Coordination

• Screen resumes based on qualifications, experience, technical skills, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and project managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.

Offer Management & Joining

• Discuss salary expectations, notice periods, and joining availability.
• Coordinate offer releases and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Ensure candidates submit the required documents and medical reports before joining, as per company policy.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to minimise offer dropouts and joining delays.

Manpower Planning & Reporting

• Coordinate with project teams to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules, offer status, and joining reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Monitor recruitment performance against hiring targets and timelines.

HR Coordination

• Coordinate with the HR and site administration teams for joining formalities and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Support other HR activities related to employee onboarding and manpower deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Any Degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
• Relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for infrastructure, construction, environmental services, bio-mining, solid waste management, or industrial projects will be an advantage.
