Job summary

Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist (Operations) to join our growing team in Noida, working from the office. The role focuses on HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and seamless people processes to support business growth.

The candidate will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, maintain HRMS, and prepare HR reports while partnering with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations on the US shift.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in the US Shift.
