Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Plan and implement effective training & development programs for employees.
• Foster a positive work culture by supporting employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
• Coordinate and track performance appraisals and development goals.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with all statutory regulations.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and maintain accurate employee compensation records.
• Collaborate with various departments to align HR practices with business goals.
