Job summary

Max Healthcare in Delhi seeks a compliance specialist to manage statutory requirements for on-roll employees and outsourced staff, including PF/ESI/ESIC and UAN, while updating compliance tools and records. The role also covers CLRA, vendor management, OSVE movement, salary documentation, and audits.

You will coordinate training, government clearances, vendor billing, and MIS, and oversee statutory audits and labour compliance reporting.

• Exposure to outsourced staff compliance and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with audits, POSH, and DNC/DMC reporting.

• Maintain POSH and Code Violation records and report compliance status.
• Handle labour authority notices, inspections, and government liaison under guidance.
• Support internal and external coordination for other assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure statutory compliance for on-roll employees, including PF, ESI, ESIC, UAN, compliance checklists, and compliance-tool updates.
• Manage statutory and legal compliance for outsourced staff, including CLRA, vendor management, OSVE movement, salary, bills, documentation, audits, and records.
• Coordinate Vidhyarthee deployment, government clearances, OJT/classroom training, vendor billing, and MIS.
• Coordinate statutory audits and closure of labour compliance observations.
• Maintain POSH and Code Violation records and coordinate DNC/DMC compliance reporting.
• Handle labour authority notices, inspections, government liaison, and legal compliance matters under the guidance of the Reporting Manager.
• Support internal and external coordination for other assignments as required.
