• Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Handle employee grievances, queries, and employee relations.
• Ensure HR policies, statutory compliance, and insurance-related activities are properly managed.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Manage exit formalities, clearance, exit interviews, and full & final coordination.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
