Job summary

Agp International Services in Mumbai is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end Gulf project staffing, including bulk oil & gas manpower requirements, sourcing via major portals, referrals, and social media. You will coordinate interviews, track progress and ensure joining formalities are completed promptly.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR recruitment, strong English/Hindi communication, and expertise in blue-collar/technical manpower, with preference for Gulf/EPC exposure.

Qualifications

• > Minimum 5+ years HR/recruitment experience.
• > Oil & Gas EPC recruitment experience preferred.
• > Gulf recruitment exposure is highly preferred.
• > Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• > Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
• > Ability to handle blue-collar/technical manpower recruitment.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Gulf projects/manpower requirements.
• Handle bulk recruitment for skilled and technical Oil & Gas manpower.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, consultants and other channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates currently based in Chennai Only
• Immediate joiners or with short notice period
• Oil & Gas EPC recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Previous Gulf recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Fluent Hindi speaking ability is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait or Bahrain is an advantage.
• Experience with blue-collar/technical manpower recruitment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
• Fluency in English & Hindi
• Experience in recruitment consultancy manpower consultancy preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• This is Completely Work from Office only (Six Days in a week).
