Qualifications

• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge; comfortable with field coordination.

The person should be practical, energetic and comfortable hiring workers such as helpers, machine operators, carpenters, fabricators, welders, painters, electricians, packing staff, dispatch staff and other factory workers.

This role requires strong field hiring ability, good follow-up, worker coordination and the ability to close vacancies quickly.
