Job summary

DMart in India seeks a dedicated recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for warehouse, factory operations, purchase, supply chain, HR, accounts, maintenance, and quality roles across Talegaon Dabhade. The role involves direct sourcing, job portals, social media, and internal channels to ensure timely closures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment across warehouse, operations, procurement, HR, accounts, maintenance and other support roles.
• Source candidates via direct channels, portals, social networks, and internal referrals; build talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with unit HR and heads to define JD and criteria; coordinate interviews and onboarding; provide updates on progress.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, budgets, approvals, and dashboards; maintain hiring analytics.

Job description

Purpose of the Role:

To manage end-to-end hiring for warehouse and factory operations, purchase, supply chain, transport, HR, Accounts, Maintenance, quality and other support roles through direct sourcing, Job Portals, Social Media and internal channels, ensuring timely closures, cost efficiency, and strong alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Planning & Execution

• Partner with unit HR and functional heads to understand manpower plans and role requirements.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding. Ability to close the same in the HCM environment will be preferred.
• Maintain high-quality candidate experience and ensure smooth coordination throughout the process.
• Track open positions and hiring status through regular MIS and dashboards.

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Use direct sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, internal referrals, database, social media, and professional networks).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or critical roles in warehouse operations, Purchase and grocery repacking units
• Develop localized sourcing strategies for the market.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business and HR leaders to define job descriptions, specifications and selection criteria.
• Ensure transparent communication on progress, candidate fitment, and offer status.
• Partner with onboarding and HR operations teams for smooth joining and induction.

4. Process Excellence & Compliance

• Ensure all recruitment processes are as per internal SOPs and audit guidelines.
• Maintain updated recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring analytics.
• Adhere strictly to manpower budgets, internal approval workflows, and documentation standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in hiring quality and turnaround time.
