Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Noida is seeking an experienced Logistics Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for warehouse and logistics roles across e-commerce, quick commerce, and 3PL operations.

You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, manage bulk hiring, and build local talent pools while partnering with operations to align shifts and hiring priorities. Demonstrated ability to close positions within timelines and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably in Logistics, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Warehousing, 3PL, or Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in hiring warehouse and logistics manpower.
• Prior experience hiring Warehouse In-Charge, Warehouse Supervisors, Pickup Supervisors, Dispatch Supervisors, Inventory Executives, and other warehouse-level positions is preferred.
• Experience handling bulk/volume hiring.
• Good understanding of warehouse and last-mile logistics operations.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple positions and locations simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills with a result-oriented approach.
• Working knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, and quick-commerce operations.
• Understand manpower requirements from warehouse and operations teams and close positions within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, recruitment databases, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and local hiring channels.
• Handle bulk and volume hiring for warehouse and logistics positions.
• Screen candidates based on experience, location, availability, salary expectations, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate telephonic and in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring warehouse and logistics requirements.
• Hire profiles such as: Warehouse In-Charge / Warehouse Supervisor; Pickup / Dispatch Supervisor; Warehouse Executive; Inventory Executive; Picker / Packer; Hub Executive / Hub Supervisor; Delivery Operations roles.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the selection, documentation, offer, and joining process.
• Track offer-to-join conversion and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Develop local talent pools around warehouse, hub, dark store, and logistics locations.
• Work closely with operations teams to understand shift requirements, manpower challenges, and hiring priorities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Recruiter with strong exposure to e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, and warehouse operations hiring. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and logistics positions, ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience hiring profiles such as Warehouse In-Charge, Warehouse Supervisor, Pickup/Dispatch Supervisor, Warehouse Executive, Picker/Packer, Inventory Executive, Delivery/Logistics Coordinators, and other frontline logistics roles.
