Job summary

Erocon in New Delhi, India seeks an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for consulting, architecture, engineering, and corporate roles. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and maintain a recruitment tracker.

You will work closely with management to understand hiring needs, close positions within timelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience across multiple openings.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree; HR/MBA in HR preferred.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in consulting, architecture, engineering, real estate, or professional services.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
• Proactive approach with strong follow-up and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
