Whitby Wood Pritamdasani Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, aligning talent acquisition with business needs.

The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in recruitment, preferably with engineering teams, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience; engineering hiring preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Structural Engineers, Design Engineers, CAD/Revit Technicians, BIM Engineers, GETs and support staff.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Schedule interviews and maintain calendars.
• Prepare interview evaluation sheets and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and job portals when required.
• Participate in campus drives and job fairs.

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for technical and non‑technical positions. The role requires sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Structural Engineers, Design Engineers, CAD/Revit Technicians, BIM Engineers, Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs), and support staff.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars.

Required Qualifications

Experience
