Job summary

Trion Consultancy Services is seeking a proactive HR professional in Chennai to manage end-to-end recruitment operations, from posting openings to coordinating interviewing processes and communicating with candidates.

You will screen resumes, provide shortlists to hiring managers, and prepare offer letters with joining paperwork, leveraging MS Office tools to maintain process efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 yrs of Exp in an HR Recruitment, HR Coordinator & HR Operations role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
