Job summary

The Wedding Company is seeking a driven Recruiter on a 3-month contract to support end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles in Bangalore (HSR Layout). You will partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task across multiple openings. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience (internships or freelance hiring experience can be considered).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or MS Excel is a plus.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech positions, from understanding the job requirement to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates proactively using job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Collaborate with the HR team on offer roll-outs and pre-joining engagement.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to continuously improve processes.
