Qualifications

• Attendance management experience preferred in FMCG/food & dairy sector
• Contract Labour Management and manpower planning experience
• Compliance knowledge related to contract labour laws
• Welfare, hygiene and safety administration in a facility
• NAPS recruitment coordination and vendor management
• Audits and inspections handling and reporting
