Position Summary
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. The role involves leading Learning & Development initiatives, executing performance management processes, handling employee engagement programs, ensuring statutory compliance, and overseeing facility and vendor management. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to building a positive organizational culture and drive HR excellence through continuous optimization and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment support to separation.
- Ensure HR policy adherence and suggest improvements as per market standards.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and documentation.
- Support talent acquisition processes in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Design, plan, and implement training programs, including creating the training calendar and managing training budgets.
- Coordinate team-building and outbound learning initiatives to enhance engagement and collaboration.
3. Performance Management
- Execute and monitor the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure timely goal setting and appraisal processes.
- Provide data insights and reports to management for decision‑making.
4. Employee Engagement & Rewards
- Plan and conduct employee engagement activities to foster motivation and retention.
- Manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
5. Statutory Compliance & Policy
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, and other labor laws.
- Maintain HR policies in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
6. Facility & Vendor Management
- Oversee facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG or Pet Industry.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fast learner with a proactive and committed attitude.
