Frontline Electronics Ltd, an electronics manufacturing services company with a growing workforce, seeks an experienced HR Officer for its Pune operations. The role requires 4–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, with MBA (HR) or equivalent postgraduate qualifications.

Candidates should understand payroll processes, joining formalities and payroll calculations, and must have exposure to all HR activities in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Advertise on naukri for management staff and graduate trainee engineers.
• Coordinate/interviews for recruitment of operators/workers.
• Prepare appointment letters and issue experience certificates.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with production teams.
• Manage ESI/PF, Skill India registrations, BOAT activities.
• Organize campus interviews and manage transport, canteen, security, uniforms, housekeeping.
• Ensure discipline and 5S practices; handle show cause and legal compliances.
• Oversee all admin activities (canteen, transport, gardening, housekeeping, security).
• Coordinate training and update Skill Matrix; assist payroll processes.

Two posts are offered as HR Officer, for candidate with 4-5years of experience.

Salary offered is Rs 4.0 to Rs 4.5 lakhs ( all inclusive)

The candidate should have a post graduate degree of MBA (HR) or postgraduate in HR (MSW) etc.

Candidate, with experience of having worked only in midsized manufacturing company, can apply.

Candidate should have exposure to all aspects of HR activities related to manufacturing industries.

Daily attendance, time recording, coordinating visitors movement, Guest relations, coordinating all interviews, time punching, joining formalities, assisting in salary calculations, is her responsibility.

The job of the HR OFFICER is to handle the following activities, which are typically required in a manufacturing company.

• 7) Bus, Canteen, Security, Uniform, House keeping
• 8) Ensuring Discipline, 5S
• 9) Issue Show Cause, Legal compliances, etc.
• 10) All types of Admin Activities, (canteen / bus /gardening / house keeping / Security)
• 11) Training co-ordination, Skill Matrix updating
• 12) Assisting in the Payroll management, salary upload on bank website
