Job summary

s d fiNE CHEM (SDFCL) in Mumbai (Lower Parel) is seeking an HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations across all company locations.

The role also covers Training & Development, ISO system coordination (ISO 9001:2015), and independent administration. MBA/PGDM (HR) with 4–5 years of experience and strong MS Excel/HR MIS skills are preferred. Candidates with manufacturing/plant background will be preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Good hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
