Job summary

s d fiNE CHEM (SDFCL) in Mumbai seeks an HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes across the plant setup. You will coordinate training, maintain ISO 9001:2015 systems, and support HR reporting and employee relations.

The role requires hands-on HR operations, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication to support a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with MBA / PGDM (HR) and 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with experience in a manufacturing / plant setup will be preferred.
• Good hands-on knowledge of Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles to fill open positions.
• Generate offers, coordinate background verifications and drive hiring activities.
• Handle joining formalities, inductions, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate training schedules and logistics for new hires.
• Maintain, monitor, and audit ISO systems including ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Handle independent HR reporting and draft corporate documents.
• Provide active support in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles to effectively fill open positions.
  • Generate offers, coordinate background verifications and drive hiring activities.
• Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
  • Handle joining formalities, conduct thorough inductions, and manage onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics for new hires.
• Training & Development:
  • Identify organizational training needs, assist in preparing annual plans, and execute/evaluate programs across various company locations.
• ISO System Coordination:
  • Maintain, monitor, and audit all ISO systems with strong adherence to and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Administration & Reporting:
  • Handle independent self-correspondence, draft corporate documents, and generate regular HR reports.
• Employee Relations:
  • Provide active support in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive, engaging work environment.

Preferred candidate profile
