• Recruitment Expertise: Strong background in volume hiring and staffing for frontline, customer-facing operations and blue-collar employees.
• Payroll Proficiency: Hands-on experience with payroll software (Keka), attendance management systems, and Indian statutory compliances.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels (from floor staff to senior management).
• Agility: Ability to travel locally to various play center locations as required to conduct HR audits and staff check-ins.
